Description

This West-Bond 7700A Ultrasonic Manual Ball & Wedge Wire Bonder (s/n 5488) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.
This nameplate actually lists the model number as 7716A, which is a Thermocompression Bonder, but this machine has obviously been modified with Ultrasonic Generator and Cable, making it a 7700A Ultrasonic Bonder.
We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs.
It comes with an Ultrasonic Generator, a B&L StereoZoom 4 Microscope with 10X eyepieces, and a heated workholder with temperature controller (the ones shown in the photos above are not necessarily the exact ones you will recieve; they are shown only as examples of what a complete setup will look like).
Consumables (wire and capillaries) are not included. A list of vendors can be provided at the time of purchase.
Custom configurations are available, and can be quoted upon request.
We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is.
We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
