Manufacturer Warranty Policy
One year warranty from the date of purchase against failure due to manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship. A replacement unit will be sent in exchange at no additional cost to the original purchaser. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.
Warranty excludes failure due to contaminated coolant, improper installation, alteration or consequence of other failed parts.
Important Installation Note:
Always flush engine before installing new water pump to remove sediments.
Never mix coolant with Tap water. (Tap water contains mineral that can clog radiator and damage water pump seal).
Always use 50/50 pre-mix coolant or mix coolant with distilled water only.
